HistoPloidyDB is a collection of significant correlations between alterations of canonical and variant histone genes and markers of aneuploidy, by leveraging data from the TCGA cancer project. The database includes alterations in gene expression, mutations, and copy number variations (CNV) of histone families H1, H2A, H2B, and H3 across 20 cancer types.
HistoPloidyDB is part of Ragusa, D. and Vagnarelli, P., Contribution of Histone Variants to Aneuploidy: a Cancer Perspective. Frontiers in Genetics, 14, p.1290903. doi: 10.3389/fgene.2023.1290903
